● Manage all aspects of a marketing research project (Qualitative and quantitative) from its inception to delivery of final presentation with a specific focus on fieldwork process including research sample management.
● Prepare RFP and do recruitment process monitoring, plus; other required followings in these regards.
● Research fieldwork management and Gantt. Chart monitoring/supervision
● Moderat qualitative meetings like focus groups.
● Content analysis and reporting.
● Carry out feasibility studies of new projects as per the request from organizational divisions.
● Make price and product positioning reports based on received information from different sources (Competitors, trade marketing staff, etc.) and update them frequently.
● Participate in advertisement effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and brand survey projects.
● Supervise the development of projects questionnaires.
● Analyze industry trends or create a clear picture of a competitive environment.
● Prepare market research plans for business development purposes to enhance product basket expansion as well as price-promotion strategies like; price elasticity.
Requirements
● At least 3 years related experience in similar fields (Market Research).
● Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Advanced in English.
● Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
● Knowledge in data mining, statistics, and research methods.
● Familiar with basic research software and plug-Ins like; SPSS etc.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
● Experience in market research agencies or working experience in an IT company will be an added value.
