Job Description

We are Mehregan Polymer. A foreign owned Chemical distribution company based in Teheran and we are looking for a Market Researcher. As our market researcher you will be researching the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Paint and Coatings industries. You will be collecting data on the products popular in the Iranian market, local producers and their needs, competitors and the market place in general. You will be consolidating the information into our CRM system and actionable reports and presentations. You will research the potential customer’s requirements and objectives and perform surveys to discover prospective customer’s preferences. You will assist in price and terms discovery. You will research the possibilities of launching new products. You will analyze the marketplace by researching current players and products. You will be assisting us in the execution of our marketing strategy. You will process all your results in our Customer Relationship Management system. You will help us find new tools and methods to reach our customers and keep them satisfied.

Requirements

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration or related field; You have 3-5 years’ experience; You are fluent in Farsi and English (written and spoken) and other languages are a plus; You have strong analytical and project management skills; You have a confident, dynamic and creative personality and are a good team player; You are digitally savvy, you have advanced search engine skills and a relentless googler, you know how to formulate and adjust queries to get the information you need. Social media has no secrets and you can dig through channels to find leads and opportunities; You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; You have experience with CRM tools. Zoho is a plus; You live in Tehran. We offer you 6 month contract, extendable on good performance; Fulltime; Salary to be determined based on knowledge and experience; Extra’s to be determined based on requirements; Possibility to partially work from home; You can apply for this job by sending your resume and a cover letter.
