Your new role

As the Market Access and Public Affairs Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping market access strategies and driving impactful public affairs initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement long-term market and patient access strategies aligned with global and regional objectives.
  • Lead pricing and access integration for the affiliate, ensuring optimal resource and skill management.
  • Manage and develop the functional team to foster high performance and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, government stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Danish embassy) on impactful projects such as sustainability and education programs.
  • Drive evidence generation and market access arguments to shape the local healthcare environment.
  • Ensure compliance and ethical standards while representing pricing and access priorities across business functions.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or management discipline from a reputable university.
  • 5–10 years of senior management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in at least two areas such as pricing, health economics, or market/patient access.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to implement tactical plans effectively.
