Job Description

A large and reputable construction parent company needs an experienced individual to lead and manage all of the construction company's activities to complete its management team in one of its subsidiaries.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets and improve performance.
  • Ensure the company maintains high standards of business ethics and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and clients.
  • Oversee financial performance, investments, and resource allocation.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks, providing sound commercial judgment.
  • Drive organizational innovation and spearhead new initiatives to enhance business growth.
  • Articulate the company's vision and goals to stakeholders and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a top management role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Strong business ethics to guide organizational operations.
