Job Description

Bozorgan Foroosh is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mall Manager to oversee operations at our Tehran location. As a key leader in management and leadership, you will ensure the smooth functioning and success of the mall. You will implement strategies to optimize leasing, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has expertise in mall operations, marketing, and policy development, with the ability to work across different locations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of mall operations to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
- Lead marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and tenant engagement.
- Oversee leasing activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the mall.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive policies and regulations tailored to a commercial complex.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal retail performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess maintenance, safety, and security needs.
- Engage with the local community to enhance the mall's position as a central retail destination.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing retail or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of lease management and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in different geographic locations as required.
