Machinery Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Machinery Maintenance Engineer as an expert is in charge of maintenance, in line with the policies of Mashhad Milk Powder Industries Company.
• Implementing the standard of machine maintenance through proper and effective planning
• Collaborate with contractors of the maintenance and repair unit and their continuous control and evaluation
• Constant collaboration with the expert in preventive repair planning and calibration to improve the PM system
• Hold regular meetings with other departments of the industrial unit to improve the performance of machinery
• Development of machine identification tables
• Preparing various work instructions for the Net unit
• Planning to improve the production software system through the implementation of improvement projects
• Planning to maintain, and upgrade the hardware platform of factory automation and ensure their availability
• Cooperation in the implementation of factory automation projects in accordance with the defined measures
• Analyze machine failure and provide regular periodic reports to the maintenance manager
• Supervise and implement the plans developed by the maintenance manager in order to reduce the stops in production and packaging machines and thus reduce the costs caused by it.
• Supervise and implement programs related to the supply of spare parts required for factory machinery and provide regular and continuous reports to the manager of the network unit.
• Supervise and implement the developed programs of the maintenance manager to reduce the time of emergency and preventive repairs and provide regular and continuous reports to the manager of the net unit.
• Ordering equipment from Safety, Quality by design and energy management improvement approach
• Monitoring the sustainable energy supply program through the availability of electrical substation equipment, transformers and energy generating equipment in the facility unit
• Effective monitoring for new entrants to the maintenance unit
• Supervise the correct and effective implementation of safety, quality and environmental management policies and related guidelines
• Continuous follow-up of requests for purchase of maintenance and repair unit
• Support the implementation of the technical warehouse improvement program with cooperation of all relevant department in order to manage spare parts
• Monitoring the execution and analysis of production software failures
• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated systems including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI in the milk powder factory.
Ensure reliable and continuous operation of automation equipment to minimize downtime and production losses.
Manage and optimize process control systems for critical operations like pasteurization, drying, blending, filling, and packaging, utility."
• Maintain and troubleshoot OT networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ProfiNet).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all OT systems and processes.
• Train production and maintenance staff on OT systems operation, best practices, and troubleshooting.
