Job Description
- Develop a business partnering with internal and external stakeholders related to the assigned project.
- Main point of contact for globally preferred suppliers.
- Prepare management with the report of KPIs.
- Find solutions to execute different phases in parallel to reduce the project timeline and overall cost.
- Establish an appropriate link between the production project and manufacturing objectives.
- Track project progress and provide the project Gantt chart.
- Project status reporting.
- Prepare all required documents for audits, finance department queries, etc.
- Ensure risk assessment and safety method statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 or more years of project executive experience.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (motivated, patient, and persistent).
- Computer Literacy with a specialty in Microsoft Project.
- Passing project managing courses is a plus.
- Experience in Piping, Machinery Installation, Boiler, and Water Treatment (ability to do project work).
- Basic design knowledge of mechanics.
