Low-Latency C++ Developer

We are looking for a skilled Modern C++ developer to design and develop high-performance, latency-sensitive software infrastructure—someone who cares about microseconds, understands code behavior down to the cache and memory level, and writes software that is both fast and reliable.

Responsibilities

* Develop performance-critical components in C++
* Process high-volume, high-throughput data streams in real time
* Design low-latency data structures and processing paths
* Optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization
* Implement concurrent and multithreaded systems
* Perform profiling and benchmarking to identify system bottlenecks
* Develop reliable, testable, and maintainable code

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Deep proficiency in Modern C++ (C++17/20)
* Strong understanding of the C++ memory model, atomic operations, and synchronization
* Hands-on experience with multithreading and concurrent programming
* Solid understanding of cache locality, false sharing, and branch prediction
* Familiarity with memory allocation, object lifetime, and memory pools
* Strong command of Linux and development tools, including Git, GDB, sanitizers, and perf
* Familiarity with TCP, UDP, and socket programming
* Ability to design reliable benchmarks and accurately measure latency
* Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
* High attention to detail when designing and reviewing performance-sensitive code

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience developing low-latency or real-time systems
* Experience with lock-free programming and concurrent data structures
* Familiarity with CPU affinity, NUMA, shared memory, and SIMD
* Familiarity with binary protocols and market data processing
* Understanding of the x86-64 architecture and system-level performance analysis
* Experience with high-performance software projects or competitive programming
* Proficiency in English

Education Requirements

* University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
* Graduate of a reputable public university in Tehran
