Duty station Kerman Iran

Contract 3 months probation with possible extension

Role and Responsibilities

Provide logistics support including fleet asset warehouse and office operations under supervision of area manager

Responsibilities

Follow NRC warehouse fleet and asset procedures
Support daily logistics and administrative operations
Prepare reports as required
Maintain proper filing of documents
Support office logistics activities
Suggest improvements in support functions
Perform tasks assigned by supervisor

Specific Tasks

Fleet Management

Manage vehicles generators and drivers
Ensure fleet operations follow NRC standards
Maintain vehicle logbooks
Submit monthly carpool reports
Support movement planning and vehicle allocation
Monitor fuel supply and vehicle readiness

Asset Management

Assist in inventory and asset tracking
Update and maintain asset records
Ensure assets are in good condition and properly tagged
Maintain required asset documentation

Warehouse Management

Support receiving storage and distribution of goods
Manage warehouse labor
Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment
Record all warehouse activities
Ensure security of stored goods
Submit monthly stock and KPI reports
Update stock records regularly
Manage petty cash for logistics team

Competencies

Experience in logistics or support role in humanitarian context
Experience in complex environments
Proven results in similar roles
Basic English skills

Preferred

Knowledge of local context
Computer skills including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of supply chain inventory warehouse and fleet management
