Job Description

Your mission is to control, monitor and execute branch distribution processes to ensure processes are implemented in accordance with defined standards.

Control the car supply process to cover sales requests in accordance with the designated dates.

Distribution Planning, including the route and allocation of relevant resources, given the time of delivery and relevant considerations to ensure the productivity of the distribution fleet and order delivery over the defined time interval.

Printing relevant documents, including invoice, separation, settlement form, etc. by route for delivery to relevant musicians.

Controlling and monitoring drivers and musicians to ensure the implementation of distribution processes in accordance with distribution planning.

Communicate with the sales team to coordinate the distribution process, including day -to -day distribution references, changing the terms of factors, moving addresses.

Control the status of sending and not sending all registered factors for not submitted items and the cause.

Control of the Settlement of the Music Accounts at the end of each business day to ensure that the daily distribution work is closed.

The relationship between the sales team and the musicians to coordinate and facilitate the relevant affairs.

Analyzing distribution data and providing recovery offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
  • At least three years of experience.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Warehousing and warehouse handling, Microsoft Office, distribution planning, ERP-SAP, Power BI, English, report writing, principles and basics of logistics and supply chain.

Behavioral Competence:

  • Systemic thinking, accountability, change leadership, outcome-oriented, effective communication skills, consumer-oriented, people management, and team making (teamwork).
