Job Description
- Planning, implementing, controlling, and optimizing warehouse processes, cost control, and performance of warehouse managers.
- Anticipating the needs of human resources to carry out warehousing activities.
- Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations safety standards, and other KPIs defined by the organization in logistics activities.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments of the company.
- Reporting and presenting performance reports to senior management.
- Identifying and solving operational problems and challenges.Suggesting and implementing solutions to improve operational processes.
Requirements
- A university degree related to Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, or related fields.
- At least five years of related work experience as a logistics manager, warehouse manager, or a similar field.
- High leadership ability.
- Team building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Creativity, flexibility, and responsibility.
- Familiar with English or Turkish.
