● Receiving the ongoing projects from the supervisor.
● Making necessary coordination with supplier, costumer, and in-house financial and sale team in order to arrange required tasks e.g. receiving PI from suppliers and making prepayment to them.
● Coordination with the agency, inspection, and brokers for the good shipping operation.
● Controlling and handling all shipping documents in all steps and keeping them archived.
● Fulfilling any required payments with the financial team.
● Checking the accuracy of any received or shared documents.
● Following up the contractual deals with suppliers.
● Reading deeply or thoroughly of petrochemical publications and journals in order to receive the sense of market movements and providing a weekly and daily summary to the supervisor or manager.
● Staying updated regarding related plants production.
● Acting as an assistant to the supervisor or manager.
● Following up on the upcoming tenders.
● Preparing any requested reports.
Requirements
● Have Bachelor's or Master's degree.
● Good knowledge of English (writing, reading and speaking) is a must.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Being responsible and punctual.
● Ability to work with others.
● Ability to work with ERP systems and use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.)
● Due to the business nature, its required to be available online throughout the week and day.
