Job Description

● Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters. ● Cooperation with shippers and forwarding and suppliers' companies. ● Monitoring and controlling each shipment and projects cash flow management. ● Updating sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status. ● Reporting the daily, weekly, monthly activity to related manager. ● Negotiate with agents. ● Booking shipment with agents. ● Following up on hand shipments with agent and update customer.

Requirements

● At least 1 year of experience in the logistic field (related experience). ● Fluent in INCOTERMS (Latest edition), ● Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). ● Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and meet required deadlines. ● Fluent in English language (speaking, writing and listening). ● Strong communications. ● Strong understanding of the shipping and logistic process. ● Ideal age range: 25 – 35 ● Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 16:30 p.m. ● Travel and mission requirements: Yes ● Shipping experience (Containers and bulk) is a priority.
