Job Description

- Monitoring the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations - Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports - Cooperation Financial team for keeping records updated - Generating, preparing and editing documents as needed - Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way - Filing, archiving and documentation - Logging or processing bills or expenses - Executing the tasks allocated by the supervisor - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

- Familiar with logistic affairs (preferably Oil & Energy) - Education: Bachelor degree or higher - Comprehensive ICDL skills - Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline - Negotiation and effective communication skills - Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills - Fluent in English.
