Job Description

● Prepare timely procurement plans for headquarters and projects and monitor their implementation. ● Prepare proforma invoices and contract documents before submitting them to the relevant procurement authority. ● Receive tender documents, and review contracts, and purchase orders, as well as the results of the evaluation of bids, proposals, and other official and public documents. ● Prepare weekly application status reports and update application information. ● Monitor the progress of shipments and coordinate their delivery at the customer's delivery locations. ● Establish effective relationships with project and operations managers. ● Participate in the management of procurement contracts. ● Implement an internal control system that ensures purchase orders are properly prepared and shipped.


● At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields, Business Management, Industrial Management, Finance, or Accounting (state universities are preferred). ● At least two years of work experience. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Proficient in English. ● Familiar with the basics of accounting, administrative correspondence, and international business. ● Familiar with customs laws and procedures. ● High public relations.
