Job Description
● To evaluate and source equipment and services, and manage suppliers.
● To perform indirect materials procurement, tools, and other goods and services such as (but not limited to) marketing and promotional materials, automobiles, telephones, stationery, FMCG, transportation, warehousing, customs or insurance brokerage, housing, relocation, utilities, telecommunication (here, above and after mentioned as Indirect materials or services).
● To provide purchase KPI checklist and prepare related reports.
● To assess risks, search, evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, security of supply, availability, reputation, innovation, and after-sales services.
● To ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement by controlling purchasing process.
