● Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters.
● Overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
● Advising top executives and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal issues.
● Overseeing a company's in-house attorneys and legal department.
● Setting up training materials and educating employees regarding legal matters.
● Preparing legal forms such as nondisclosure agreements or proprietary information agreements.
● Leading internal audits and corporate compliance initiatives.
● Litigating on behalf of a company.
● Preparing various kinds of resolutions.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
● Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
● Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
● Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
● Familiarity with business and financial principles.
● Familiarity with litigation practices.
● Knowledge of regulatory environments and assisting with legal due diligence of potential partners or investors.
