Job Description

  • Checking the contracts referred to the legal unit and communicating with the requesting unit to finalize the contract; Preparing and adjusting the text of contracts, affidavits, and company agreements with natural and legal persons, and giving opinions and providing necessary guidelines in the field of good implementation of concluded contracts.
  • Drafting contracts requested from the legal unit.
  • Providing the necessary advice and guidance to the liaisons of the units regarding the drafting of the contract.
  • Preparing and setting up the database of contracts and extracting and presenting statistics regarding the concluded contracts.
  • Conducting negotiations related to resolving disputes arising from the implementation and interpretation of concluded contracts.
  • Supervising the creation and updating of the electronic and paper archives of the registered files of the group companies.
  • Collecting and arranging information for use in the text of defense bills in competent authorities and preparing and sending legal statements.
  • Monitoring the necessary measures to protect the intellectual rights of the group companies, including trademark registration and registration.
  • Examining the text of circulars and instructions issued by different company units and complying with existing laws and regulations and issuing legal opinions.
  • Dealing with cases in administrative authorities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
  • Understanding legal and contractual terms while mastering the rules.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of common programs.
  • Familiarity with tax and financial regulations in contracts.
  • Effective communication skills with others.
  • Mastery of business law and corporate registration and legal affairs.
  • Familiar with insurance and social security obligations.
  • Ability to work with specialized related systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal rules and regulations.
