- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and research summaries,
- Responsible for contacting clients to update the status of legal documents,
- Compose letters relating to legal matters to clients and occasionally to other legal departments of corporate,
- Carry out integrated legal, legislative, regulatory, and/or related factual research and prepare interpretive reports based on research findings, and recommends appropriate solutions or actions,
- Research laws and previous contracts or cases that influence how a technical team formulates its upcoming negotiations and contracts,
- Work with the procurement team,
- Review/prepare standard templates for recurring commercial transactions.
