- Identify and assess training needs within the company
- Meet with managers and supervisors to define needs
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness
Requirements
- Min. BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a Training Specialist
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
