● Extract and record the knowledge, data, information, and experiences of employees based on a written plan.
● Establish knowledge sharing and organizational learning strategies
● Set up, manage, and update the knowledge management system.
● Document the training held in different fields in the organization and update these documents in the knowledge management system.
● Categorize the existing documents and prepare files to provide the documents in the knowledge management system with infographic methods.
● Training, interacting, and monitoring the performance of knowledge management coordinators in different work teams.
● Participate in creating the culture of using the knowledge management system in the organization.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Knowledge Management, and Industrial Engineering.
● Familiar with content production.
● Advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Familiar with graphic tools.
● Curious, flexible, resistant and eager to learn.
● Having strong effective communication skills.
● Advanced in documenting, summarizing and creating presentation files.
