
Job Description
Design and implement knowledge management processes and practices across the organization.
Identify, capture, and document critical knowledge, key processes, and lessons learned.
Manage and improve organizational knowledge repositories such as internal wikis, lessons learned databases, and content platforms.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives such as experience-sharing sessions, Communities of Practice (CoPs), and After Action Reviews (AARs).
Collaborate with different departments to extract tacit knowledge and convert it into usable organizational knowledge.
Train employees on knowledge management concepts, tools, and best practices.
Monitor knowledge management KPIs such as participation rate, repository usage, and user satisfaction.
Ensure proper classification, accessibility, and security of organizational knowledge.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information and Knowledge Science, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Good understanding of knowledge management concepts, organizational learning, and tacit/explicit knowledge.
Strong documentation, analytical, and information classification skills.
Familiarity with knowledge management and content management tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Good reporting and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Power BI, HRIS, ODOO, and collaboration tools is an advantage.
Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Acceptable level of English proficiency.
