● Manage the performance of distributors, follow up and take actions in line with sales targets.
● Implement and coordinate sales strategy in distributors' branches and expand the market.
● Responsible for optimum, fair, and strategic distribution in collaboration with distributor’s branches.
● Regular visit and make good relationship with key accounts.
● Close follow-up and make sure products are available in key accounts.
● Strong support and alignment with the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
● High-level communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
● High-level understanding of pharma business dynamic in Iran.
● Teamwork, problem-solving attitude, analytical thinking skills.
● Minimum 3 years of field sales force experience in the pharma business.
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
● Good in English.
