● Approach approved leads by category manager and signing contract.
● Provide facilities for onboarding vendors.
● Close communication with KA Vendors as the main contact person.
● Be updated about the last market condition in terms of assortment, pricing strategy, etc.
● Own sales target of KA vendors.
● Continuous check of KA vendors Activation.
● Create monthly plans to improve the sales performance of KA vendors.
● Continuous monitor and analysis of KA vendor's performance and sharing insight for them in order to improve performance.
● Share gap assortment with KA vendors to improve their assortment.
● Share ATP report with KA vendors to avoid sales loss.
● Ensure competitive pricing of KA vendors especially on index products.
● Push KA vendors for promotion participation and offering deals.
● Hold meetings with KA vendors to improve their sales and solve issues.
● Act roll of accelerator in solving KA vendor issues (Operational, Financial, etc.)
● Continuous check of KA vendor operational KPIs and helping vendors to improve them.
