-Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential suppliers, source & vendors
-Monitor customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities
-Work closely with new suppliers, manufacturing partners, sellers, educating them about Irmall high standards for customer experience
-Arranging and compiling the terms and conditions of sellers contracts
-Managing communications between key sellers and internal teams
-Analyzing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern
Requirements
-3 years sales or purchasing experience
-University degree in Business, MBA or any other related field
-Good negotiation skill
-Excellent communication Skills
-Exhibits strong decision making abilities
-Problem analysis and problem-solvin
-Ideal Age Range: 22 - 40
