Key Responsibilities & Job Description

• Develop, implement, and execute sales plans for pharmacies and other customers to achieve sales, distribution, and brand visibility targets
• Manage, strengthen, and expand relationships with key accounts and existing distributors, while identifying and developing new partnerships within the product sales ecosystem
• Negotiate sales terms, profit margins, and annual contracts; manage discount and incentive structures to drive inbound and outbound sales growth
• Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor competitors and ensure proper execution of in-store activities
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, including POSM deployment, in-store promotions, and product sampling
• Manage agencies and suppliers for store décor, merchandising, and advertising campaigns to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution
• Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns by designing customized programs for key accounts
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights
• Follow up on pharmacy-related issues with distributors and actively work toward timely resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetic industry
• Proven experience in managing key pharmacy accounts and working with distribution partners
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic market, regulatory requirements, advertising regulations, and legal compliance
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop long-term business relationships
• Collaborative, creative, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficient command of English for professional communication and review of technical materials
• Willingness to travel for business within Tehran and, when required, to other cities
