Job Description
- Setting up, developing, and supporting Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Integration and automation of IT processes based on ITIL and DevOps.
- Requirement analysis to prepare and update technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Atlassian support and development; at least 1 year of experience in implementing ITIL and DevOps processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or relevant fields.
Skills:
- Mastery of Atlassian product portfolio management.
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL procedures.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux.
