Job Description

  • Setting up, developing, and supporting Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
  • Integration and automation of IT processes based on ITIL and DevOps.
  • Requirement analysis to prepare and update technical documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Atlassian support and development; at least 1 year of experience in implementing ITIL and DevOps processes. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or relevant fields.

Skills:

  • Mastery of Atlassian product portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL procedures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
  • Familiarity with Linux.
