Job Description

The objective of the role: Implementation of ITSM Projects based on Wendia POB and ITIL for our enterprise customers. List of responsibilities: ● Keep customers updated about the status of project implementation. ● Attend customer meetings during the project for further classification of processes. ● Responsible for the SLA between Parand Tech Group and customers for delivery of services. ● Monitor, and respond quickly to the unavailability of our customer services. ● Implement projects in most cases at the customer site. ● Report to the ITSM CTO. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
