In ViraService (Our mobile after-sales service center in Hasin Group), We are looking for a Manager of Planning, implementation, and monitoring of hardware and software infrastructure required by the mobile phone after-sales service center. Role description: ● Determine the strategy of the IT unit in purchasing and maintenance. ● Hardware and software support. ● Identify and announce all new IT cases related to the company's business. ● Provide codified programs for the advancement of the organization in the fields of software; applications, network, site, and related technologies of the IT unit. ● Continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of communication infrastructure.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or higher in IT (all majors), Computer Engineering (all majors). ● At least two years of relevant work experience. General skills: ● Good knowledge of English. ● Ability to lead and manage the team. ● Have experience in IT management. ● Ability to solve problems creatively. ● Good communication skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office to prepare and submit a report. Special skills: ● Master the concepts of network security and maintain and improve it. ● Mastery of internal network support and servers. ● Mastery of working with MikroTik. ● Familiar with setting up and managing VoIP systems (Issabel). ● Knowledge and ability to manage the organization's hardware according to the data volume. ● Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software. ● Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 management solution.
