Job Description

-Maintain daily performance of computer systems -Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware -provide and manage maintenance contracts for IT related H/W and services -Install, maintain and test the network for weakness -Monitor network traffic and bottlenecks -Resolve minimal technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) -Install, implement and maintain application control and other security programs -Consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions -Maintain server room (small scale) environmental and monitoring equipment -Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals services, settings, SAN/NAS -Implement and Perform data backup operations -Install, implement and maintain application control and other security programs -Manage IT consumable warehouse and forecast W/H balance -Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures -Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale -Develop training materials and procedures and train users according to policies
