Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Participate in full ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Analyse and optimize business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
• Support configuration and continuous improvement of ERP core modules.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI.
• Utilize SQL for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Support master data governance and ERP data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
• Provide ERP functional and technical support post-implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and support change management initiatives.

Technical Competencies:
ERP & Systems:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or any International ERPs.
• Solid understanding of ERP core modules:
o Finance
o Inventory & Warehouse
o Production / Manufacturing
o Planning / MRP
o Procurement
o Sales & Distribution
Data & Reporting
• SQL programming and database querying skills.
• Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
• Data migration, data validation, and reconciliation practices.

Process & Methodology:
• Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks.
• ERP implementation methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Fit-gap analysis and solution design documentation.
• Master data governance and lifecycle management.

Integration & Technical Understanding:
• APIs and system integration fundamentals.
• Understanding of ERP security roles and access controls.

Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• SQL programming and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
• Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Production, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, and Sales.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business IT, or related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge is required; Intermediate or Service Operations certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of ERP implementation or ERP functional/technical experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or the beverage / FMCG industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are considered an advantage.
