Requirements

Fluent in IT service management processes including ITIL Familiar with software development frameworks with the Agile approach Familiar with network concepts including routing and switching Familiar with Servers and service administration Familiar with software development Familiar with web technology Familiar with online marketing concepts Good negotiation skills with leadership ability 8 years experience as IT expert
