Job Description
Experienced, Strategic, and Hands-on IT Manager to upgrade organizational digital infrastructure, ensure data security, and implement technology-driven solutions for business process optimization; managing network, hardware, software, and organizational security; aligning technology with the company’s macro business objectives; and leading the IT team, with active direct participation in resolving infrastructure challenges and implementing new systems.
Responsibilities:
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain optimized network infrastructure (hardware, servers, communication equipment) to ensure operational continuity.
• Systems & Software Management: Oversee the performance of enterprise systems (ERP, financial, and administrative software); manage the deployment, support, and updating of internal applications.
• Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive organizational data; manage backup solutions, Disaster Recovery plans, and cyber-threat mitigation.
• Strategy & Development: Identify digital needs and propose technological solutions to increase productivity; manage IT budgeting and select vendors for equipment and services.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate the IT team; manage interactions with other organizational departments to resolve technical issues.
• Compliance & Standardization: Ensure all IT processes comply with internal standards and legal regulations; maintain detailed documentation of all network configurations and system changes.
Requirements:
• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, IT, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience, with a significant track record in managerial roles (Team Lead or IT Manager).
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of networking (CCNA/CCNP), Windows/Linux Server, and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Comprehensive knowledge of databases (SQL Server) and network security (Firewall/UTM).
• Practical experience in deploying and supporting integrated ERP systems.
• Management Skills: Proficiency in project management (Agile/Scrum), crisis management, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Soft Skills:
• Hands-on Mentality: Ability to directly intervene and resolve complex technical bottlenecks during crises.
• Systems Thinking: Capability to analyze business processes and translate them into digital solutions.
• Negotiation & Communication: Strong ability to interact with vendors (Vendor Management) and influence senior management to push IT projects forward.
• Pressure Management: Ability to maintain composure and make logical decisions during critical system downtime.
