Job Description
• Developing and Implementing Information Technology Strategy: Designing IT Road Map in accordance with the company's macro goals, focusing on digital transformation, operational productivity and information security.
• IT infrastructure management: Monitoring the performance of internal networks, servers, storage equipment, virtualization, and inter -organizational communication; Ensure stability and scalability of infrastructure.
• Cyber Security and Adaptation: Implementing information security policies in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR standards; Evaluation of cyber risks and implementation of preventive and reactive measures.
• Monitoring Organizational Software Systems: Managing the life cycle of ERP, CRM, WMS and other operating software; Cooperation with financial, production, warehouse and sales units to optimize processes through technology.
• Information Team Management: Guidance, Training and Performance Evaluation of IT team members; Creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability in the team.
• IT project management: Planning, implementing and controlling digital transformation projects, upgrading systems and software development; Using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Prince2.
• Technical Support and User Services: Guarantee of providing high quality Helpdesk Services; Analyzing and responding to the technical needs of different units of the organization.
Conditions
• Bachelor or Master of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of IT experience with 5 years of management experience
• Practical experience in implementing and maintaining solutions of solutions
• Full familiarity with integrating solutions with other organizational systems
• Mastery of IT project management, network infrastructure and information security
• Introduction to ITIL, ISO and IFDA Regulations
• Mastery of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
• Introduction to database (SQL Server)
• Having valid international documents such as: CISM or CISSP for information security, ITIL Foundation/Expert for IT management, PMI-PMP or Prince2 for project management, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is considered to be advantage.
