-Solve the problem of computer systems and printers of the company -Install Windows -Troubleshooting software and hardware -Documentation -Ticketing services

Requirements

-Full mastery of ICDL -Complete mastery of the Network -Complete mastery of the CCNA -Complete mastery of MCSE -Introduction to Exchange -Familiar with the concepts of Print Server -Familiarity with setting up and maintaining network access layer equipment -Introduction to ticketing -Familiarity with Jira leadership -Familiarity with the management of Chargon office automation -Familiarity with VOIP-based telephone systems such as Free PBX or Asterisk -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
