Job Description
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain network equipment and network racks
- Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Hardware troubleshooting on laptops, workstations, printers, and assembling computers.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with network equipment, CCTV, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network printers.
- Mastery of installing software and operating systems.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (Hardware).
- Great communication skills.
- Patient.
- Good problem-solving skills.
