Job Description

● Checking and troubleshooting hardware. ● Software installation and troubleshooting. ● General examination of network faults. ● Documenting and recording events. ● Examining colleagues' requests and following up and resolving them in the shortest possible time. ● Writing reports and presenting reports to management.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields. ● At least two years of work experience. ● Proficient in hardware troubleshooting. ● Proficient in software installation and troubleshooting. ● Proficient in MCSE and MCITP. ● Proficient in installing the operating system and application software and activating and troubleshooting the software. ● Familiarity with the configuration of computer systems. ● Enough experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines. ● Proficient in +Network and network and internet topics. ● Proficiency in ITIL is an advantage.
