● Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, telephone, printers, and scanners.
● Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

● Test repaired items to ensure proper operation.
Requirements
● Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position with a proven track record.
● Complete mastery of the CCNA and MCSE.
● Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
● Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
● Ideal age range: 25 - 35 years old.
