Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•To monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced partners against SLAs.
•To ensure that the outsourcing partners from whom MTN Irancell has procured the operational services deliver the services as per service level agreements.
•To support in the delivery of IT-related projects (new systems implementations and existing systems’ enhancements) either as appointed project manager or subject matter expert in addition to operations management.
•To work with outsourcing partners to ensure they put the enhancements and changes into production in line with business requirements and change management process.
•To be responsible for the functional and operational management of Enterprise application performance (monitoring, measuring, adjusting, and reporting).
•To monitor overall application performance and required services that support business partners as required.
•To provide discipline and develop solutions/action plans to support MIS strategy.
•To follow policies, processes, and procedures to coordinate the environment, i.e., Enterprise Applications, databases, and operating systems.
•To control SLAs with internal customers (business units) and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems and issues.
•To measure the managed services partners` output and compare the result with their SLAs and prepare related reports.
•To contribute to systems’ enhancements identification and implementation of these enhancements and new systems/applications.
•To handle daily queries, incidents, requests, and faults related to Enterprise Applications.

Education
•Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related.

Experience
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in ITS Environments, especially Revenue Assurance System and CDR Management Systems; with experience in supervising/managing others
•Experience working in a medium to large organization
•Exposure to typical Mobile Telecommunication applications and processes
•Experience in CI/CD implementation
•Experience in application development is an advantage
