Collaborate strongly with multi-functional teams and have good relationships in terms of support and communication.
Point of contact to the business teams and ERP users in troubleshooting system issues and operational processes.
Provide support to non-expert users when they have questions about transaction processing, system features, and reports.
Offer training sessions to users on ERP processes, systems, and related services.
Determine potential solutions and test them for both technical and business compatibility and functionality.
Gap analysis of the processes and issues, conduct required tests, provide documentation, and guide stakeholders about the efficient usage of the system.
Support IT team in the implementation of corporate projects and provide relevant solutions.
Monitor assigned projects, develop plans and solutions, and control the performance of the solutions and way of work.
Provide knowledge management for different stakeholders to make the processes and training smoother.
Review the governing regulations to ensure proper program support.
System backup, disaster recovery, and ensuring system uptime/availability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
At least two years of relevant experience in designing, configuring and supporting of ERP system.
Ability to translate and solve complex business problem statements into technical requirements.
Familiarity with process software development.
Experience in ERP systems such as Microsoft AX.
Familiarity with Hamkaran System Integrated solution.
Ability to write and prepare organizational documents like procedures and work
instructions.
Ability to work in a team.
Creative, committed, and flexible.
Good command of English (speaking and writing).
Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
