Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex ERP and BI issues.
• Advanced functional knowledge of ERP systems across multiple modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales) and their interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, module setup, testing, and user support.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing database queries (SQL) for reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with application integrations, data migration, and ERP-related master data management.
• Experience managing the full ITSM lifecycle: SR, IR, PR, CR, including ERP-specific changes and enhancements.
• Ability to plan and execute ERP upgrades, module rollouts, and system improvements.
Requirements:
Education:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required; Intermediate or Service Operations certification is a plus.
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or administration, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading issue resolution, change implementations, and mentoring IT staff.
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional IT/business teams and managing external vendors.
