Job Description

This is a highly technical role to install and maintain the computer and network systems, equipment, and applications. Main responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain workstations, desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment. - Install, configure, and maintain network systems and equipment. - Install, configure, and maintain data storage systems and equipment. - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers and other enterprise applications. - Provide computer, network, applications, and peripheral equipment support to the users. - Document computer, network, applications, and storage systems configurations, setup, maintenance, operations, and activities. - Proactively support continuous improvement throughout the department. - Improve the Help Desk services by identifying and reducing variations in the process that have negative impacts on the systems, users and the business. Reporting to : IT Manager Other interactions : With all department heads and employees; as well as top management Desired start date : Immediately Probation : 3 Months Travel requirements : May have occasional travel within the country
