About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager for our client, a well-established investment firm with a focus on identifying and developing high-potential investment opportunities.
In this role, you will lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through deal execution, portfolio management, and value creation. You will work closely with founders, senior executives, and portfolio company leadership to assess investment opportunities, execute transactions, and support the strategic and financial growth of portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
Investment & Deal Execution
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in line with the firm’s investment strategy.
• Assess business models, markets, management teams, competitive positioning, growth
potential, and investment risks.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment negotiations.
• Prepare investment memos and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee.
• Review and negotiate Term Sheets, investment agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, and related transaction documents.

Portfolio Management & Value Creation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, senior executives, shareholders, and board members.
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy, business planning, fundraising, organizational development, and performance improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for value creation and further investment.
• Support follow-on investments, restructuring initiatives, strategic partnerships, and exit transactions.
• Prepare regular investment and portfolio reports for senior management and investors.
• Lead and review the work of investment analysts and other team members.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment and portfolio management process.
• Provide strategic and analytical insights to support investment decisions and portfolio performance.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Direct experience executing investment or M&A transactions.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and investment deal structuring.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Proven experience working with founders, senior executives, shareholders, and board members.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business models, market opportunities, unit economics, and growth strategies.
• Good understanding of investment structures and key provisions in Shareholders’ Agreements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills across multiple investments.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have
• Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or a similar professional qualification.
• Experience working with technology or high-growth businesses.
