Job Overview
The Credit & Investment Manager will be responsible for managing banking relationships, securing and renewing financing facilities, developing credit lines, and optimizing the Company’s financing structure.
This senior role requires strong negotiation capabilities, deep familiarity with banking structures and credit processes, and hands-on experience in financing facilities, collateral management, letters of credit, and cost-of-funding analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the process of obtaining, renewing, and increasing the Company’s banking credit lines and financing facilities.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on formal correspondence with banks, branches, regional offices, and credit departments.
Conduct direct and effective negotiations with branch managers, credit officers, and banking decision-makers.
Follow up on credit applications and banking approvals, including Murabaha financing approvals, through final approval, allocation, and disbursement.
Plan and submit applications for new facilities, particularly following installment settlement and release of credit capacity.
Review, manage, and follow up on Letter of Credit (L/C) discounting processes.
Review sales L/Cs, follow up on related confirmations, and manage SEPAM-related confirmations for sales L/Cs.
Prepare and complete all documents required by banks for credit assessment, facility applications, credit-line renewals, and approval processes.
Manage the Company’s real-estate collateral portfolio and plan for future collateral requirements.
Monitor required account averages and deposit balances needed to maintain or enhance banking credit capacity.
Monitor the Company’s credit rating with relevant institutions and the Central Bank, and follow up on required improvement measures.
Analyze financing facilities, banking commitments, collateral structures, and banks’ credit terms.
Calculate and analyze the effective interest rate of loans and manage the Company’s cost of funds.
Forecast and report the budget required for repayment of loan principal, interest, and installments.
Support financial resource management and propose optimal short-term and long-term financing solutions.
Manage and respond to tickets and requests related to banking and credit matters.
Prepare periodic reports on facilities, approvals, commitments, collateral, financial resources, and financing plans.
Work closely with finance and other internal teams to ensure coordination across financing and operational processes.

Requirements
Gender: Male
Age: 30–40 years
Education: At least a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven hands-on and successful experience in corporate financing, banking credit management, and obtaining banking facilities. Demonstrable successful financing and credit-approval records are highly preferred.
