The operational performance of the Digikala platform including all the criteria and metrics that can be designed and measured, from several angles including process, efficiency, and effectiveness, with a basic focus on the experience of customers and sellers in four areas: inbound and consignment, performance, return rate, reverse logistics.
Creating harmony between all teams and influential functions.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and understanding the problems in the area of activity focus (one of the four areas of Inbound and Consignment, Performance, and Reverse logistics with specific KPIs).
Designing and providing solutions for identified issues.
Evaluating, controlling , guiding, and optimizing the basic metrics of the focus area.
Communicating with influential people and teams about the area of focus.
Maximizing the capacity of other teams to control and improve the indicators of the focus area.
Designing, trial implementation, continuous implementation, and, of course, revision of the processes required to control and guide the basic indicators of the focus area.
Controlling possible interpersonal/inter-team challenges and identifying points of commonality to guide and use possible conflicts.
Matching decisions with general orientation, and translating the orientation into the executive framework in the area of focus.
Prioritizating the expected outputs in the field of focus and commitment to advance and implement the activity according to the prioritization.
Using all available and possible tools to achieve quantified goals in the field of concentration.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related fields.
Analytical mindset with a strong passion for research to staying updated on market price dynamics.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Time management capability.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).
Fast learner, hard worker, result oriented, and flexible.
Ability to write a business scope in English would be beneficial.
