
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all international procurement and foreign trade processes
Analyze, maintain, and optimize pricing and cost structures
Prepare and present analytical, decision-support reports to management
Oversee accurate data entry and documentation within commercial systems
Manage contracts, commercial documents, and supplier records
Lead and monitor international negotiations and professional correspondence
Supervise order placement, shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery
Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and import laws
Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams
Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes
Skills & Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of international procurement and sourcing processes
Full proficiency in English (business correspondence, contracts, negotiation)
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data analysis tools
Solid understanding of supply chain and international trade practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
High attention to detail combined with a managerial mindset
Strong sense of ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
