International Sales Expert

Job Description

At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated International Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. If you enjoy helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products.
• Identify and target potential customers within the relevant market.
• Provide technical support and expertise with clients regarding product usage and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of chemical raw material in Russia and CIS.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
• Professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
