Job Description
The objective of the role:
● Improve the operations department for better and faster communication with overseas agents about transportation status and related documentation.
List of responsibilities:
● In contact with overseas agents daily to check land, air or sea shipments, the related status of shipments, and shipping documents.
● Keep clients updated accordingly and issue the final documents.
● Report to the international operations manager.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 16:30; Thursday from 8:30 to 13:00.
● Travel requirements: No.
● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable; 7 to 8 Million Tomans.
● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Yes.
