About the Role
We are looking for an experienced International Procurement Specialist to lead the strategic sourcing and procurement of new production machinery and manufacturing lines. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and leading global manufacturers, playing a key role in supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and technology transfer to support the company's expansion and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and qualify reputable global manufacturers (OEMs and leading machinery suppliers) for the procurement of advanced production lines and industrial equipment.
Technical Evaluation: Review and analyze technical proposals received from suppliers, assess their compliance with operational requirements, and prepare technical and commercial evaluation reports for management.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding technical specifications, pricing, production schedules, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Procurement & Logistics Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including international transportation, heavy equipment logistics, packaging requirements, shipment safety, and supply chain risk management.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other internal teams to ensure the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of machinery in accordance with project requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in international sourcing and procurement of industrial machinery and production lines.
Strong capability in Technical Bid Analysis and evaluating technical proposals against project requirements.
Solid knowledge of international logistics, heavy equipment transportation, and import requirements for industrial machinery.
Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills in an international business environment.
Full professional proficiency in English, including business communication, negotiations, and technical terminology.
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage logistical and regulatory challenges effectively.
